Working to reduce the effects of trauma, abuse, relational conflict, grief, and loss, we will use evidence-based and faith-based coping skills and techniques that align with your personal values and beliefs.

My approach to therapy is primarily Person-Centered with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychoanalytic theories. I believe the counseling relationship works best when the process is specific to your needs and focused on your goals.
